My approach

Understanding comes first.

I explain emotional and behavioral challenges in understandable language and help people find practical ways forward.

My work with children, adolescents, and adults is grounded in empathy, active listening, patience, and unconditional positive regard. I’ve supported people through emotional and behavioral challenges, including neurodivergent children and families, and adults working through trauma recovery.

I believe progress is not about perfection. It’s about building skills, one step at a time, and that support should recognize the individual, not just the diagnosis.
