What people ask
Is this the right kind of support for me?
The first conversation is about fit. If another kind of provider would serve you better, I’ll say so and point you toward options.
Do you provide crisis services?
No. This website and its messages are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency department.
Will you tell me my trauma will be “healed”?
No. No honest professional can promise that. What I can offer is a respectful, skills-based space to understand your experiences and build new ways of coping.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
Reach out to ask a question, learn about next steps, or inquire about a workshop. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
