What people ask
Will you tell my parents everything?
Parent or guardian involvement is part of working with minors. Before anything starts, confidentiality and its limits are explained clearly so you know what stays private and what doesn’t.
What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely okay. You are not expected to have it figured out. Starting is the hardest part, and you can go at your own pace.
Can I reach out myself?
A parent or guardian needs to be involved before services begin, but teens are welcome to read this site and bring questions with them.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
Reach out to ask a question, learn about next steps, or inquire about a workshop. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
